  2. PACED EXECUTION: ACCESS TO EXPERIENCED PACERS TO ENSURE YOU HIT YOUR EXACT TARGET INTENSITY WITHOUT OVERTRAINING.

  3. COMMUNITY HUB: EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO OUR PRIVATE DISCORD FOR REAL-TIME UPDATES, COACH Q&A, AND TEAM MOTIVATION.

  4. OPEN ENROLLMENT: NO APPLICATION PROCESS REQUIRED. REGISTRATION IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS UNTIL THE SUNDAY BEFORE A BLOCK BEGINS.

    TO PREPARE RUNNERS TO CONFIDENTLY COMPLETE 10K BY DEVELOPING THRESHOLD STRENGTH, HILL POWER, AND CONTROLLED SPEED. THIS PHASE INTRODUCES STRUCTURED WORKOUTS, EFFICIENT PACING, AND MODERATE VOLUME INCREASES THAT LEAD TO MEANINGFUL GAINS IN FITNESS AND RACE READINESS.

    TO TRANSITION FULLY INTO RACE-SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING WITH TARGETED RACE-PACE SESSIONS, SHARPENING WORKOUTS, AND PROGRESSIVE LONG RUNS. THIS PHASE IS DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE SPEED, ENDURANCE, AND CONFIDENCE HEADING INTO YOUR GOAL EVENT, CULMINATING IN A WELL-STRUCTURED TAPER FOR OPTIMAL RACE-DAY EXECUTION.

THE PLAN WILL ALSO INCLUDE INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTION ON RECOVERY, STRETCHING, TYPES OF WORKOUTS, MOBILITY, AND HYDRATION. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM-EXCLUSIVE RACE CAMP DISCORD GROUP WHICH WILL BE THE PRIMARY PLATFORM FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN RUNNERS AND COACHES.

  • RUNNING FROM MARCH 2ND TO APRIL 26TH, THIS PHASE IS ALL ABOUT THE LONG GAME. WE FOCUS ON ESTABLISHING AN AEROBIC BASE AND BUILDING THE PHYSICAL DURABILITY REQUIRED FOR THE HARDER WORKOUTS TO COME.

  • STARTING APRIL 27TH, THIS 10 WEEK BLOCK TRANSITIONS YOU INTO MORE STRUCTURED SPEED WORKOUTS. WE FOCUS ON POWER PREPARATION SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPING YOUR THRESHOLD STRENGTH THE ABILITY TO RUN FASTER FOR LONGER AND BUILDING STRENGTH THROUGH HILL WORK.

  • THIS IS OUR LONGEST PHASE 16 WEEKS BEGINNING AUGUST 24TH. IT IS A HIGH PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT WHERE WE DIAL IN YOUR SPECIFIC RACE PACE. YOU WILL UNDERGO SHARPENING SESSIONS AND LONG RUN DEVELOPMENT ENDING WITH A TAPER SO YOUR LEGS ARE FRESH FOR RACE DAY.

  • NOT AT ALL. RACE CAMP IS DESIGNED FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A ROADMAP. WHETHER YOU WANT TO FINISH YOUR FIRST 10K OR YOU ARE CHASING A SPECIFIC PERSONAL BEST THE STRUCTURE ADAPTS TO YOUR COMPETITIVE CEILING.
